This website is operated by APL Disposal, a family owned disposal company based in Manchester, New Jersey. This page explains what information we collect through the site and what we do with it.

The only information we collect is what you type into our contact and quote forms, such as your name, phone number, email address, the location of your project, and the details you choose to share about the work. We do not ask for payment information on this website.

We use what you send to respond to your request, quote the job, and schedule service. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our company except where it is needed to deliver the service you asked for or where the law requires it.

When you submit a form, the details are emailed to our office, a confirmation is emailed back to you, and the same details are passed to the customer management system we use to follow up on quotes. Those providers handle the message on our behalf and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Our forms include a hidden field and basic submission limits used only to block automated spam. We keep quote requests as long as we need them to service the job and answer questions afterward, and this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
